Job Summary/ Purpose
A key player in the renewable energy sector is hiring an Executive Personal Assistant (EPA) with personal duties to be part of their team. The candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director (MD), ensuring seamless coordination between the MD’s professional obligations and personal commitments. The ideal candidate should exhibit confidence, anticipate needs, make independent decisions and manage daily operations efficiently. The candidate may be required to travel to various locations and should exercise flexibility in working hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the MD’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel for the MD, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel-related documentation, such as visas and permits, are up to date and in order.
- Provide on-call support during travel to address any last-minute changes or emergencies.
- Act as the first point of contact between the MD and external clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Liaise with external service providers, such as legal, financial, and real estate professionals, on behalf of the MD.
- Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and timely responses.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required.
This role also includes support to minor personal responsibilities which may include:
- Handling personal errands, such as shopping, and coordinating with household staff.
- Planning and coordinating social events and family gatherings.
Education and Knowledge
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive, assistant or similar role.
- Experience in working in a multi-faceted corporate environment.
- Knowledge of calendar and scheduling applications, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

- Excellent communication skills (Both verbal and written).
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
